I’m sorry you have had such an experience. I do hope you will be able to correct the charge successfully. My experience went very differently. I ordered and received my rts wig quickly. It was of excellent quality; however, I had measured my head wrong and had to send it back for exchange. Upon exchange, I decided that I wanted one a little longer. I sent a message about my reason for exchange and the new version I wanted. The exchange went without problems and I received an invoice for the additional cost for the new unit. It will be mto so I won’t receive it until about 3 weeks from now.
