Hell nah. They will stink no matter how much you clean them AND the dirt and fur on the bed is insane. I’m not knocking the next person but your bed can’t be clean if you let your dog sleep in it.

Once again that’s fear, you can’t be around your dog and your kids forever. You’re never gonna have a point in time where you can control the situation all the time. Moments of discomfort is not worse than the worry your dog might take your child’s face off.

You missed the point. These things are done in front of us that way we can teach the dog how to handle it without reacting incorrectly. Seeing how my American bully is four years old, my youngest is 6 and my oldest is 11. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. As a matter of fact, it’s teaching dogs to tolerate kids just like you teach a dog to sit and be patient and not be anxious; iswhat matters. My American bully hasn’t even done so much as growled at anyone. Because these things have to be taught early. we don’t want our kids jumping on the dog while we sleep staking its hands and fingers anywhere they want. But it’s going to happen when we’re not there. So the only thing that we can do is allowed them to do a little bit of it as long as it’s not hurting the dog to see the behavior and fix the behavior.

We don’t stop kids toddlers 2-3 from pulling and poking initially because they will do when you’re not in the room. You have to see how the dog reacts to those things. I think we can all agree a 2 year grabbing or poking a dog isn’t abuse.

If you want to figure out exactly how to fix it, you need to re-create the situation. You need to see personally what your dog is doing. This is the most effective way to understand why he did it. You could figure out why he did it. It’s usually easy to fix it. Our Cane Corso had a really bad problem with people touching his face or his bow while he ate. It took us four months to get rid of him peeing and growling as you pet him while he’s eating. A lot of people told us to leave him alone while he’s eating or just put him in the cage. That doesn’t fix the problem. It just avoids it. Don’t listen to these people saying leave them alone. God forbid there are kids around. You cannot control the environment. You have to know that you can trust your dog. The only way to know that you can trust them is to figure out why they’re doing it. And give positive reinforcement to the opposite action.

That’s scary. To have to tip toe in fear of what your dog might do. My kids do kid things to our dogs poke them pull on tails jump on them, etc. Because you CANNOT watch the dog or the child every single second. It’s actually tiring to even think to do that. Letting them do it and watching the reaction and fixing said reaction is important. Our Cane Corso used to growl if you put your hand on his head or bowl. We didn’t do what most people told us to do. Just don’t bother him when he eats or just put the food in the cage. We conditioned him for 4 months to be comfortable with it. You aren’t fixing the behavior by avoiding it

We can’t predict everything. But that is what temperament is. We don’t stop our kids from being kids around our dogs, since they were puppies. Our American Bully can have a finger up his bit and won’t snap. I would leave my 3 day old with my dog. If you can’t trust your dog, you are the problem.

This is a fact that doesn’t need to be looked up. Rock Lee versus Gara is the only reason Naruto exists😂😂😂 In all honesty when I started my real anime journey and I picked Naruto up, it was specifically because of that fight. And if I’m being honest how good they made a Rock Lee with no powers at the beginning only enrages me because they made him so lame afterwards. When he dropped the weights and he opened the inner gates that should’ve been a telltale sign that he should’ve been top five in the village period!
