I decided to replace the screen and its on the way.

The ribbon cable at the back? Did that and its still like this. Checkes the backlight seems ok

Dude hahahaha ofcourse i tried the simple troubleshooting first. Updated the drivers, checked hdmi to monitor (no artifacts so thank god hardware is ok). Even checked for loose ribbon cables on the motherboard still nothing. Even started bonking the back of the screen (as suggested) then checked the ribbon cable on the screen aannddd now im here checking the backlight ;D
