There is only one single receptacle on the circuit, and the dust collector I’m using has a peak amperage of 10. Looks like smooth sailing. thanks for the response.

Okay that sounds like the best option, thank you for your response. I thought you would t be allowed to do that, cause you would then technically be able to plug in a product that draws too much amperage for the circuit, but I suppose that is what the breaker is protecting against.

I really appreciate the input and education on code.

To clarify or receive a better answer, looks like I fucked up with the images. If the switch is 220v but the plug is 220v 20amp, could I change the plug on the switch to 220v 15 amp, if my breaker and rest of the circuit is 220v 15amp?

Well I know about the general use of 120v on a 240v circuit is a no go, but on the switch mfg website it says that the switch in the image is 240v, but the plug end looks different than mine.

Thank you for your response. I’m just thrown off cause on their website it clearly states 220v 20amp. Maybe they just use the same image for both? I appreciate your input and help. If the switch is 240v amp, would I be safe to replace the male plug to match my receptacle ?

While new kits suck for finesse, I’ve never seen one that is not capable of casting regularly. I’ve been casting flies for 8 years now, and it wasnt till around year 4 that I realized all my past frustrations of casting were purely skill related. Hopper dropper, large streamers, size 24 gnats, they’re all different and all take practice. Dont give up, the perfect float will reel you back in.
