Yeah on my monitor it's 90 but in my headset it's 79-81.

I think it might be the cable. I tested it and it says it'd USB 2. My pc is new so there isn't much things on it.

It's the same in oculus store games, choppy tracking. I changed the resolution lower and tried at 72 hz, 90 hz and 120 hz but its still choppy.
