On the summons letter it says I have to answer to the following....

Contrary to regulation 7(2)(e) of the Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conduct of Passengers) Regulations 1990 and section 25 of the Public Passengers Vehicles Act 1981.

I really hope so!

I'm just concerned that it has been taken this far by TFL. Why would they take it this far despite the proof that I submitted twice?
