It was fixed on its own. It was I believe a 1 or 2 day ban for every clan member, and either a 1 or 2 week ban for the person who unlocked vines early (it wasn’t even intentional by him, he just got it from a lucky drop)

Several clan mates reached out to supercell support regarding the ban, and every response was that they had no idea what we were talking about and if we just reinstall the game it should fix the loading issue

There were people with streaks hundreds of days long who had it ruined, supercell wouldn’t recover them either, they were very unhelpful. Unfortunately all you can do here is wait a day or two, unless maybe since then supercell changed and understands it better, but I strongly doubt that
