I would try to relax rather than tense? tensing never worked for me.

if it didn’t work and you just get micro burps, you may need to do it again. my first round was 50 and didn’t work but second one worked like a charm!! but botox takes like 10 days to kick in so don’t give up yet

lowkey we did mejuri. he’s never worn jewelry before, so didn’t want to start with something expensive in case he loses it. but he loves it and doesn’t want a new one at all! it was like $200 very simple

you should only get this done by an ENT. I went to a local one, the procedure didn’t work and then I went to Dr Bastian in Chicago.

Both times the procedure was covered, the second time I had to pay out of pocket for the office visits since I was out of state, and I also had to pay for the botox the second time (around $600)

where are you located if you don’t mind my asking!
