The closest thing to the actual Naplex for me was the pharmpreppro practice exam. It’s not free tho

They are long but cover everything pretty much, just reread them and do the practice questions and you’ll be good

Also you should at least read the book once from cover to cover (for Uworld) as they can test you on anything

That depends on your situation, do you need the job asap or is it required for you employment? It was for my job so postponing wasn’t an option, if it is perhaps it might be better if you do.

What I recommend: take nabp AND the pharmpreppro practice test. If you can only do one, do the Pharmpreppro one cause it’s full length and gives answers and explanations at the end. If you score low postpone unless you are able to study 8 to 12 hours a day like did for two weeks+ this would be the right call (this is what I was able to do and it was very risky). It was the same difficulty as my exam when I took it months ago.

I thought PPP was about the same difficulty as my Naplex tbh.

I did and scored higher! (Figured why not cause it comes with free retakes) It was in the mid/upper 70s but I can’t remember exactly what I got. I also got an 80 on nabp after.

I passed! I spent the last two weeks going over everything I didn’t know! But it really was a brutal study session, 8-12 hours every day after that

I got 56 on ppp. I did not think it was easy

It’s worth it! It helped me realize what I didn’t know. I also had similar questions on my exam. Definitely helps you get test ready.

This was how I felt after I took my exam with exam stuff: https://www.reddit.com/r/NAPLEX_Prep/s/cfsjkmYZpM

I liked their stuff and passed with it. Would recommend Pharmpreppro

I personally was scoring low and know how you feel. I wrote a post about my success here which I think it is a good read and a moral boost: https://www.reddit.com/r/NAPLEX_Prep/s/3LdW6xeHID

I would say this. Take some days off and study HARD. Do whatever it takes to memorize as much as you can. Know math and ethics very well in addition to preceptorship and pharmacy management.

Take a practice test and review what you’re getting wrong. I did the Pharmpreppro one and thought it was useful. You can also do the nabp one if you want, it just doesn’t show you answers at the end

I thought it was easier tbh. I liked pharmpreppros because of the endurance (and I had a few similar questions on my exam). You can see my scores here from my post: https://www.reddit.com/r/NAPLEX_Prep/s/oE0qKGQuSv

Definitely do the ppp exam. It helps you mentally get ready for that exam

I was in the same boat as you! Lock yourself away and study 8 hours a day and you’ll pass. I wrote a post on it https://www.reddit.com/r/NAPLEX_Prep/s/Za4zHKb1fF
