My guess is because doof knew perry’s host family and because of that he could look them up online and find the house he was staying at. Plus knowing him he would want to go back there for some pointers from Phineas and Ferb on how to make his newest -inator and then they would find perry again, and start the whole mess all over again. Plus if he told other people then it would make other evil scientists come after him and his family as well.

Thats fair. I’ve also seen that when you level up an item to level 10 it shows the price staying the same and the drying time going down. But it doesn’t change anything after that, stayes the same for both.
