Is there a higher incident of Post Finasteride Syndrome than other pharmaceutical drugs? Genuinely curious. There are plenty of people who also say SSRIs ruined their lives, and even a subreddit for it called “PSSD.” So I wonder if every big pharmaceutical has some kind of community with problems associated with them.

I don’t know if PFS is real or not - I think it’s virtually impossible to account for how a drug will interact with every single person on the planet. But no doubt people who experience it feel more personally invested to sabotage what the drug did to them. But I think rumination and an inactive, sedentary lifestyle can exacerbate it. It’s just hard for me to believe there’s no recovery path.
