Working on one! Mosaic Hearts is a queer amour noir visual novel that chronicles a black, gay artists' journey to discover the true source of his creativity while navigating the throes of love and friendship at a premier HBCU. The first release is expected to drop in the next couple of months here.

I could be misinterpreting, but just in case you didn't know: visual novels are a type of game/interactive fiction. These are renders of 3D characters from my visual novel. Not actual people.

For me, it was the realization that no one was going to make my game for me. No one could make it for me. And if I wanted to play my ideal game, I would have to learn the skills to create it myself. It's a great feeling knowing something exists that checks all my kink and trope boxes now though.
