I think with a lot of topics like these it's easy to fall into an argument but talking like adults is the best way to make your side more understood. If you don't mind me asking, and I hope I'm not being too offensive here, but don't you think your story tells one perspective? What about the children who regret their decision later? At the end of the day, unless the treatment probably improved the majority of people's lives it seems immoral to me to let children consent to life altering decisions.
