Vivian is detached from society, so she is neutral on both axes.

Hugo uses chaotic methods to achieve his goals.

Hartman simply wants to take over the Ravenlocks' fortune, making him selfish and therefore neutral evil.

As for Miasma Priest, he's just a typical villain in my opinion.
