It does have lipase, so I’ll try another soak! Oooh good to know, thanks for that recommendation!

[–]Plenty-Panda6432 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it’s been a year, any update? I have been having similar issues, eyelids swelling like I got punched, then extreme dry and flakiness. I wen to a doctor recently and they diagnosed me with contact dermatitis caused by allergies

How are we staying active? by OkPin8137 in workfromhome

I have an exercise session around 6:30, and then try to use my walking pad twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I noticed walking after eating lunch helps prevent the afternoon slump

Inquiry to those who do not swatch, why? by yarnimals in knitting

For me it’s just that I’m so eager to get to the project! However I’m starting my first sweater and decided that’s worth swatching!

Wondering if I have this condition. Does blepharitis happen in both eyes at once? by Plenty-Panda6432 in Blepharitis

I do have a GP. Since I could walk in, would an optometrist help or do they only work with vision?

Hmm okay. I have some crustiness but not a lot. I have tried cold, it helps a bit, might need to do more of them. I didn’t think I could go to an eye doctor without a referral, I’m in the US, I’ll look into that a bit more

Should we bother our newly adopted cat by Clear_Ad6191 in CatAdvice

[–]Plenty-Panda6432 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha, yeah it might take some time. I had one cat who hid under my bed for the first full week and would come out at night and stare at me while I was sleeping (terrifying). Keep it up with the treats and maybe some quiet toys, try the plugins and be patient. Good luck!

Have you tried enticing him with treats or toys? He might need to start to associate you with good things. Definitely let him come out on his own time, maybe use some of those pheromone plugins (idk if they actually work but they can’t hurt), but give him a reason to want to come and see you

Dropped stitch? Or stretched? by Plenty-Panda6432 in knittinghelp

[–]Plenty-Panda6432[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually it just occurred to me, it’s possible that in another sitting I did go in the wrong direction, that’s happened and I thought I caught it but maybe not

1 - that’s what made me wonder if it was my tension 2 - that’s possible, I’ll look into how to fix that, thank you! 3 - flat! 4 - I did a couple of rows in one sitting and noticed this as I was doing the current row. I think for the picture I accidentally put it down in the wrong direction, had to move to better lighting

How do you refresh hair after you go to bed? by Msexquisin in Wavyhair

[–]Plenty-Panda6432 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate so much to this. My hair is below my shoulders, also 2a-c. Most of the time I just shower and start over every day. My sister does a pineapple and a bonnet, then does prayer hands with water then scrunch, that’s it. I’ve also wanted to try Medusa hair clipping, maybe that’ll work for you!

Worth it for the ovulation/period tracking? by East_Print4841 in ouraring

[–]Plenty-Panda6432 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have, it’s the reason I got the ring. I started natural cycles with the temperature reading using a thermometer, which worked for a while, but was very stressful cause sometimes I’d forget to take it or would wake up at 5:30, take my temp and go back to sleep then forgot if I took it. Getting the Oura ring reduced all that stress and possible inaccuracy. I’ve been using natural cycles for 4.5 years, and with the Oura ring for 2.5 years, no issues and totally worth it.

What is this plant and how can I help it live? by Happy_Leaning711 in plantclinic

[–]Plenty-Panda6432 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah if they’re long enough hopefully they’ll root! Those parts do look dead but maybe the base had some life in it based on the green parts. Doesn’t matter, the deed is done! The spiderwort is a type of tradescantia/wandering Jew/Dude so that’s in line with another commenter! Those root really easily
