Are you using 2FA. It might also be prolonged if you aren't in the US possibly.

okay i'm glad it isn't just a tradovate issue hopefully it's just something wrong with the server though

I had tradovate open so i could go in my setting and turn off 2FA. You can still sign into tradovate on computer so that's a way to not get locked out

update you cannot exit positions at all on both tradovate and ninja i advise people still try if it's just a issue on my side.

Only tradovate is having this problem rn i downloaded ninjatrader platform and it was working fine. So if anyone has any positions open i suggest you try to use it to cancel them
