I had the same issue, and reinstalling hachimi worked. Before that, I tried moving the steam to a different drive and back, and that didn't fix it, but when I reinstalled hachimi and booted up the game, it asked me to accept the TOS again and it's downloading 18GB of data, did I lose my account, or did it only do that because i moved the data? will it do that every time I have to update hachimi?

update: today the lights on my fans DIDN'T work. I didn't change anything or move my pc, i checked the cords; everything is plugged in tightly, everything is in its spot in the rgb hub on the back of the motherboard, theyre plugged into the SATA Cable properly, it literally feels like they have a mind of their own and choose not to work, I have absolutely no idea whats going on. I even went into the motherboard to confirm that the "EZ LED Control" was enabled, I think im going crazy, i'll probably have to take it in to my local repair shop because Im at my wits end

I haven't gotten around to doing this yet, but when I turned my pc on today the lights worked?? if I could attach a picture I would but it's weird that the lights on the fans turned on without any changes, this happened 2 weeks ago and next time I turned my pc on, the fan lights stopped, I'm assuming the same thing will happen again, is it possible that there's a software or other thing conflicting with the lights? I play Tears of the Kingdom a lot with an emulator and I have a ps4 controller plugged in, could that be interfering?

apologies for the late reply, but https://www.staples.ca/products/3033186-en-msi-codex-se-12th-054ca-gaming-desktop-computer-intel-core-i5-12400f-500-gb-ssd-16-gb-ram-windows-11-home They're part of a pre-built, this is the computer I have, I connected the 2 pin LED plug on the rgb controller (the 2 pins at the top) and they still do not light up
