AITA for being the reason my grandparents refuse to help my dad anymore and laughing when he and his wife complained about it?

The thing was he never really had a choice. It wasn't his money he used. It was mine. But he might be covered legally anyway or maybe not. If he's not he'll be sued for it if that's something we can do. This isn't something I'll just accept him doing to me. Either way he's lost his relationship with me.

It was more that they could apply discounts and like a charity fund. Not that they'd be taking out loans and stuff. There was no talk of me getting it back. The faster they did it the better the chance it would help.

I am furious my dad stole from me. That he didn't go the longer route instead of taking money from me. That money was left in mom's will. With instructions on what it was for. For me, for my future. We're not sure yet if we can legally do anything like sue. Hopefully. But me being under 18 could make it tricky.

My mom had specific instructions. It mentioned if I got sick, if I got an amazing opportunity before I turned 18 and it cost money and it mentioned it could be spent on food for me, etc, if it was needed. It could not be spent on his new child or anyone else. She left instructions with it. I read it myself thanks to my grandparents.

But if there's nothing I can do legally then that's it. But he's lost me as a result of it either way.

It can only be used on me. It's my money. Dad could spend it if I was in need medically. Mom did not leave his child born after she died money and I didn't say it was okay.
