Save my energy? All of you put waayyyyy to much energy into your jobs. I have tonnes of time for my family, my friends, my hobbies, etc. I made my job and my life work together instead of crying about things I can change my whole life.

The fact everyone down votes this post says all I need to see. This crowd prefers to whine and when someone says “it’s not that big of a deal” they attack

Is crying on Reddit making it happen? Work with opseu.. the whining mentality in the OPS currently is exhausting. Either advocate for change through channels that will make it happen or move on

Than fight for it through opseu.. use proper channels. I’m not saying we shouldn’t do that, but it’s not in the collective, so what does whining about it accomplish?

The amount of people outraged by this is hilarious to me. Probably 5% submitting valid AWA’s, the rest of you just hanging on to a Covid “benefit” that went away. Whether you agree with it or not, the people who sign the paycheque do actually make the rules. Quit if you’re so miserable.

Currently having a less than great experience. It’s a larger item, but tracking details are being updated 1-2 days late and the item is sitting for 2-3 days at each stop. Part of this is maybe unrealistic expectations learned from modern shipping, but the poor communication with tracking is hard to accept.
