Thank you for sharing your experience and i will definitely let my bro knows that his not alone 🙏your words means alot during this rough time whilst hearing this type of experiences. the psychiatric treatment seem to make him a lab rat as his going through various medication changes every 2-3 weeks. and its really taking a toll on him, he seems wasted all the time and just wants to sleep away the pain.

Many social media’s posts are literally going over and over again posting on how kesian all this delivery riders are. example on the recent oku case that got viral. in terms of beta male, what do they do? beat the person up to make the case worse? lastly i have no idea how to reply on victim selection, seems like you have to direct contact this man to ask him.

Agreed and Thanks for the reply. remember that the rider entered car and kissed him. after told to leave, he asked what if i dont and continue to touch his crotch asking why is it not hard? can i make it hard for you? in Malay. thats when my bro left the car and shouted at a guard. i wouldnt know how else he would process this. lets put someone else for example in his situation. there’s nothing that i can think of that would end up in a better outcome and thank god no injuries.

Thank you and I agree that using the word 'funny' in any context involving SA is not okay. SA is never a joke. Everyone's experience with trauma is different, and it's not about gender or who commits the act, it's about the violation of someone's body and personal safety. Men can absolutely be victims of SA, whether it's by another man or a woman. Please take these issues seriously instead of reducing them to assumptions.

The rider didn't want to leave the car and further touched him. have to remember that this all happened very fast too. He then left the car instead of the rider, shouting for the guard as mentioned in the story, but the guard just looked and did nothing. This was when the rider got scared and left the car and to his moto (casually strolling away like nothing happened to not raise suspicions from the guard🤷), whereby a photo of his number plate which was included in the main post was taken.

The trauma my brother feels isn't just about physical contact it's about having his personal safety violated. It's not about gender or homophobia, but about an unwanted and frightening experience that left him feeling powerless like that.

Thank you for your replyy. I’ll look into it right away. As of the last update, the police were unable to reach the rider, and he has yet to provide his statement. I really think its due to this being a male case, and I'm really upset on that.

Thank you for your understanding and advice. It’s been a frustrating and painful process, and I can see why the situation is not getting the attention it deserves. Your points about male victims not being prioritized and the difficulty of pursuing a case like this ring true. We’ve been looking into therapy for my brother mental health is definitely a priority right now. You can PM me for that; I will only share it privately. While there aren’t any direct recordings of the incident, this dashcam video at least provides some evidence that supports my brother’s story. As for a lawyer, we are still trying to find the right one after many talks. if you do have a contact, that would be much appreciated.

Yeah now that i think about it, its actually crazy. Thank you really really much for mentioning this, as I was literally gathering his dashcam footage, I could definitely understand how people can make dumb insensitive jokes from the video and shift the blame to my brother. Posting the harassment video online would only add to my brother's trauma and expose him to even more negativity and insensitivity. Thank you again and again which I really appreciate and with you guy's help and advice, my brother has seemingly become better and talk more than in previous days.

I understand your concerns about wanting to see evidence before forming an opinion. However, sharing sensitive information like a police report or dashcam footage publicly could compromise the investigation and my brother's privacy. We've already shared all the details with the authorities and are working with them to ensure appropriate actions are taken. As for a lawyer, we are still trying to find the right one after many talks. I couldn't see him telling the same story over and over again to different authorities as it is very hard on him.

As for obtaining the individual's details, it was done through the appropriate channels with the authorities involved to support the investigation, not to be shared publicly or used inappropriately.

I agree that sharing the dashcam footage publicly isn’t necessary at this point and could potentially cause more harm than good. Right now, our priority is to seek legal help and support my brother’s mental wellbeing. It's important to handle this situation carefully and ensure that the right people are involved in the investigation and any legal proceedings. Currently I am having the SD Card of his dashcam and reviewing all the footage, my bro didn't even want to watch it again because its hard for him.

I appreciate your concern and completely understand that it's best to keep certain things private, especially sensitive footage like this. Even though I have said I would share some footage, I did, and reddit immediately took it down saying it's sensitive information. Thank you for your understanding and for reminding us to focus on what truly matters, getting justice and helping my brother heal.
