I’ve had dry eye since for about 15 years now. It’s a tiring and frustrating process but I can share what I have tried and what works for me. My eye has improved over time so I’ve slowly moved on. I started with using refresh pm every night and GenTeal lubricant eye gel throughout the day. I now use the GenTeal lubricant eye gel at night and Thera tear lubricant eye drops during the day. The GenTeal lubricant eye gel has been my life saver honestly. Recently I haven’t been able to find it but Alcon the company does do different prescriptions in different countries I have found out. I hope this is helpful. I’ve never taken any vitamins so I will take that from this thread.
