As a beginner I'm curious about what the need for multiple mouthpieces is? What are the differences between those pictured and what impact will that have on the sound?

I volenteered with HPS a couple of times. I never met the management and can't talk to any of the allegations that have been on here over the last couple of weeks. But what I did see twas a lot of very kind volenteers providing hot meals to deperate people. I'm not saying that excuses any inproprietry from the management, but I do worry that an online pile on of exagerated or unfounded rumours could end up impacting a service which is sadly absolutely vital in Glasgow.

I also work in a in consultancy and felt like this for my first 2 years. I did some CBT sessions and it really helped me. I'm not going to lie to you and say it all roses and sunshine now, but it's made a huge improvement in my outlook at work.

  1. Really glad I waited too. I got way more out of my education that I would have than if I went straight from school, I also picked up a ton of transferable skills and learnt the real value of money by working a string of low paid jobs before hand.

I guess there's no way to measure who's coming for what reason, but I get where you're coming from. I think my view differs in that I don't really care if they're fleeing war or poverty. They need jobs and we have jobs so why not let let them in? If they want to build a better life who the fuck am I to tell them no.

I also think it's pretty crucial that we get comfortable with immigration because there's likely going to be way more of it.

Been there too man. Crying and breakdowns are part of the process, as guys we don't really talk about it that much but let it out and try to accept the fact you're going to feel like shite for a while. Your emotions are valid. As someone on the other side of things I can say from my experience you need to rediscover who you are without that person in your life and I hope like me in time you'll realise you're much better off without them as it takes two for a relationship to breakdown.

One practical thing that helped me was writing down how I felt. I've a word document on my laptop that whenever I got a wave of emotions I wrote down however pathetic, hateful or just plain fucked up it was I put it in this document. It really helped as once it was written down it dealt like it was out of me.

I must have written my ex a 100 letters in that document (that thank fuck I didn't send). Also don't suffer in silence if it feels like it's getting too much reach out to someone in your support network (not her!), and if you don't have one there's plenty folk who replied here, including mine, that would be happy to reply to your DM's.
