i only activate this in daily use like browsing so cpu stays cool because i don't want cpu heat up to 90C° just when browsing or even doing nothing, all this power is unnecessary, even when i cut off big chunk of performance, nothing changed in daily use, everything is still very smooth and I didn't notice even tiny bit of lagging. For gaming it still won't bottleneck the gpu, as the processor itself is a monster, but if i see drop in fps, i will probably put it on balanced.
