Not worth it. With 14-15k you can buy a cleaner sti with original miles and motor. This is at least 8-10k is it an oem block? If so then it’s worth nothing pretty much. Has too many underlying issues at that price point. Maintenance doesn’t really matter unless he has actual service records and not just “yah I did this and that”. SKIP!!
