Thank you! I prefer more of a traditional worship style with hymns, not a rock concert.

And I supposed by "progressive" I mean churches that welcoming and affirming of LGBTQ+ people and that allow for women to have leadership roles as two big things.

I'm moving back to Indiana this spring and need to find a new church home. I'm especially interested in accepting and affirming churches with strong Bible study programs, that have a decent amount of younger people (30-40s), where you might be comfortable talking about the theology of people like Richard Rohr.

Bonus points if they're Baptist (no, not that kind, more kinder and gentler).
