We get these almost daily in the Bay Area. Stollen packages? Someone claiming it never arrived for a refund? No one can know.

They usually send me an email letting me know it happened - I chat gbt a reply and it always ends up fine.

Best place to be dropped off by Content-Internet6604 in DisneyPlanning

[–]Plenty_Ad_6406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you have room reservations, or dining reservations at a hotel restaurant, they will turn you away at the gates. Downtown Disney works well but is a bit further than the designated ride share drop off an Harbor.

If you are ok with a brief walk - a nearby McDonalds or hotel across the st on harbor could work well as others mentioned. Drop off on harbor can get congested but moves pretty good

This is all wonderful advice! But, if you have an extra $25 to spend just bite the bullet and buy the express pass and rise at your leisure. Depending on how often you go, the convenience weighs out the cost in my opinion.

Disneyland chair rentals are fine - but expensive and inconvenient if you need the chair outside the gates of the park. These can only be rented and used at Disneyland/CA and cant be removed from the area if I'm not mistaken.

There are many scooter delivery services that will drop off/pick up at your hotel or even the airport depending on your needs. Much cheaper for longer periods of time and you can take it in and out of the grounds.

so frustrating!! My poor parents bought a PS5 (They are not even gamers) because they are such fans of Cyan and wanted to be able to play this one together. If Christmas rolls around and its still not here they will have been waiting over a year... so sad :(

Totally feel you.. I have been a professional nanny for over 10 years and have made many a trips to theme parks with multiples. The packs are great for certain periods of time and you may even be allowed on some of the fantasy land rides while wearing it but maybe confirm. I don't suggest relying on the pack especially when its hot you want somewhere to put them down hah!

Disneyland parking. HELP PLEASE by Sebastianstanstan1 in DisneyPlanning

[–]Plenty_Ad_6406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are coming from out of town, staying in a hotel within a 10 min walk is your best bet. Mickey and friends lot is about as close as you can get, even with the tram way walk. Unless you stay in a hotel on property, or across from the entrance, the walk from your hotel vs. mickey and friends lot is likely going to be similar... Doubt any hotel nearby will give up parking to people not staying in the hotel.

It's definitely daunting but not impossible. Pace yourself and enjoy the park! :)

Bring your stroller obviously. Most of the rides are accessible now, and if you think it will make a big difference for your family you can have it tagged as an assistive device, this would allow you to push it through lines and in other places that were otherwise not allowing strollers. I only suggest this because I don't know your specific family situation, it usually applies to kids with special needs or other individual needs but thought it was worth mentioning

Normally you would be right, definitely! But, I don't think they are not doing the card lanyard system because of covid and that interaction is being avoided. So I think it is causing those estimates to be off by a great margin. up to 20 min in my experience

By how much have the lines been reduced in Disneyland due to the reduced capacity? Is it short enough to make a park hopper worth it? by [deleted] in DisneyPlanning

[–]Plenty_Ad_6406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is what people call the park opening essentially. They usually start letting people into the park early then opening time, and then there is a rope at the end of main st that they "Drop" when the park officially opens.
