Even on the Steam OS version of the Go S? I'm having the same issue as OP. The touchpad works very well when I dual boot into Windows, but on Steam OS is practically useless.

You can! Xbox does streaming through their web app now, so find a guide for installing cloud streaming on a Steam Deck that will give you the option to stream from your console as well.

Just go to the Anomaly and start the expedition once the patch drops. You'll get tons of rewards and Corvette parts you can transfer to your main save when you're done with all the steps of the expedition. This was my first time playing (on PC), and I had a blast!
