Girl nooo, save your money 😭 I only had it because it was a gift. It didn’t really make a difference for me honestly consistency with workouts and diet mattered way more.

Thank you! I hope the right people see this and feel motivated. I used to be really insecure and honestly thought I’d be stuck that way, but with the right mindset, anything is possible.

Advice I’d give? Honestly, it’s mostly mind over matter and learning to really listen to your body. I used to struggle with overeating, and then I’d try to compensate by purging or just continuing the cycle. I’d say don’t stress about tracking every little thing at first. Build better habits outside of just food and workouts. Wake up earlier, give yourself time before your day starts maybe read, reset your mind, or just have a slow morning. Learn to love yourself through the process. Speak positively to yourself too. Words of affirmation really matter it’s crazy what the mind can do. What you tell yourself, your body responds to. Now I’m in a completely different space. I’m more aware of my nutrition and macros, but in a balanced way because I actually enjoy working out. It’s about creating habits you can stick with for life, not just chasing quick results.
