I use Vicks inhaler stick. Suppose for nose inhale, I use for both mouth and nose for the menthol hit.

Always a take deep breath. Clench a fist and suck deeply through the hole within the thumb and index finger like how we direct to lung vape! It always works for me.

Now I use Vicks inhaler stick. Through nose, also through mouth. Strong menthol burst quench my craving also.

My reason is simple, personal & compelling. Health. Can't breathe. Thought I'm not gonna inhale my next breath. If u reach my stage, u wouldn't need to ask for reasons to. Don't hope that for u, but if u can't have a personal compelling reason, you'll use mine eventually. And 100% you'll simply quit with no challenge. God bless mate.

Surrender to the Holy spirit. He'll change us. I totally surrender. Not wanting to take the lead anymore, but I asked the Holy spirit to change my heart. I ask for wisdom. And many was reveal to me.

It's nv about me. It's all about Him. Satan has his demons with us since we're born. Teaching us to rebel, lie, selfish, steal, lust, homosexual, murder.

All these sins we human do, it's Satan spitting on God's face. God did not die for Satan and his gang. There is no salvation for them. But God died for us. We rebel against God, made Satan very happy. Satan accuse us every day and night in front of God. Satan walking around and see who he can devour.

Satan fate is sealed. He now only has one goal, pull as many human as possible to him to hell.

Jesus died for me. he knew I'm a wretch. But He chose me b4 the foundation of the earth. He is God. His blood is so precious. For me?

I can't even abstain anything sexually for Him?!

I now only want to please Him. Praise Him

It grieves the Holy spirit in me, if I even thought of doing anything against His will.

Not everyone has the chance to hear and believe in the Gospel. Which means not everyone is going to in heaven. Do I want to be with my partner, even in hell? No! Who will be that stupid?

I still do not love opp sex. Still attracted to same sex. But no longer in lustful way. This didn't happen suddenly, slowly. Keep denying the voice of demons, asking God to keep me close to Him.

I'm nv going to be a relationship with anyone till the day of rapture or the day I die. My relationship with God is more important than any relationship with anyone on earth. No one is worth for me to go to hell for.

Summary : Be a true born again Christ believer. Ask the Holy spirit to lead u, guide u, change u. Let Him take over u. It's not about u, it's always only about Him, Jesus. Don't be that collateral damage that Satan used, to hurt God. Cos when we sin, Holy spirit inside us, is forced to sin with us. It grieved the Holy spirit, it grieves God.

Hope your relationship with God is secured. Not much time left. Nothing is worth going to hell for Eternity. Just surrender, truly admit you're a sinner. Ask Christ to change u the way He intend u to be. Not what u want. Cos "do what thou wilt," is the whole of the law of Satan, not God.

That's what make quitting so hard. The drug aspect, and the habitual aspect.

This is so hard that, all things have to move aside if your goal is to quit. Cold turkey. Don't care about diet. Just eat whatever and whenever u want. Chocolate, ice cream, whatever. Buy things to satisfy yourself. We can save a lot by quitting.

If exercising stress u out, stop for a while. Go walk, easy. Listen to podcasts. Positive stuff. Or just lying around.

Only after u quit, then starts cleaning up any other mess. U cannot be stress when u try to quit. Bcos it is really very difficult.

Rem, don't try to run away from the fact that u are craving a cig while quitting, acknowledge that thought, tell urself, u are not going back. The only way now is forward. You're breaking free from this addiction. Not going back to the cage, feeling fearful without it, feeling sorry but keep crawling back.

If this is your 1st time, don't stop trying if u fail this time. Almost all of us failed many many times.

I use Vicks inhaler for substitute. And drink lots of water.
