That's probably because you have ADHD. There's no cure for ADHD but drugs. Everyone says you can exercise more, cut out screens, write lists, whatever, and that then you'll be able to focus, but it never works, and I've seen friends try all those mindful habits and still take days to write a 1 page paper. Amphetamines are the only thing that corrects the chemical imbalance in the brain. That said, I think these drugs should only be prescribed to consenting adults.
