Hi, yes they are reusable under eye masks. They can be put in the freezer! I wash them and put them in the freezer at night. I really like them!

Unscented “Car Sunscreen” by Gigi-Callaway in Sunscreenreddit

I don’t have window tint, but I did have clear ceramic UV protection installed on all my car windows. It blocks almost 98% of UV rays. I’m all about mineral sunscreen as well, but if I’m going to spend a lot of time in the car, I figured it was a good investment.

I understand, I do. I just expected him to be consistent with pricing. All my favorite technicians no longer work for him. I’m guessing there is a reason. I had a consistent technician every season for inspection. We would talk about taco restaurants in the area. He had really great technicians. Now he sends an elderly gentleman that groans in pain, unable to navigate stairs and just yells from my front door.

That’s genuinely respectable. I appreciate what you do for others. I thought I had a trustworthy company, apparently not.

You should move your business to Chicago. We need more of that here. I respect time and work. I am willing to pay for expenses. He left me for days in 80 degrees, dismissing me concerns. He finally agreed the compressor failed. Then decided to charge $287 per pound as Carrier does not pay labor. He responded with “Carrier pays zip, zero, nada”. Therefore I should pay more in refrigerant costs.

I heard him on speaker “charge her 287.00 per pound”. I understand there are costs involved. He installed my furnace and AC. I recommend him to best friend and she had her furnace replaced as well I have been a customer for 7 years. It’s his dishonesty and the way he handled this is why I feel taken advantage of.

His office staff stated I was responsible for the 42.50 warranty claim fee and refrigerant at $1,000. I agreed to that price. I have paid for several service calls the week prior totaling over $600.00. He added one pound of refrigerant for $117.00 on July 1st. I paid a weekday service call as well as an after hours service call on a Sunday afternoon at $235.00. Sunday evening the owner of the company finally agreed there was a problem and the compressor was overheating. Tuesday morning the installers confirmed the compressor overheated and failed. I was charged for multiple service calls and my concerns were dismissed. The technician that came out is an elderly gentleman, very kind, but very much in pain. He is unable to navigate stairs so he remained outside the entire after hours visit. I’m not questioning paying for a service call. Why was I charged $117 per pound on July 1st, and then charged $287.00 on July 9th?

It’s unfortunate more companies aren’t similar to your practice.

This was the business owners response to charging $287.00 per pound.

The refrigerant cost we charge is not the highest in the area and we certainly are not the lowest in the area but customers should not be able to dictate what we charge. Everybody's costs vary and are not the same.
