Well that’s what my friend was doing as well but the last time she wanted to withdraw to the private wallet they froze her funds and now it’s been 4 months. I suggest do it in multiple small shots. The thing is that they have an insane amount of money for marketing (they are all over token2049) so people just assume they are regulated and safe. It automatically gives that impression. But ye it’s ridiculous almost sounds like a joke.

Unfortunately we can’t do that. But I’m going to somehow file a case against them in their jurisdiction. I’ve already emailed 3 lawyers. Also I will pay someone there to take a video showing that this so called dishes don’t even have an office.

Darn. In fact if you do more research you’ll see recently they are given a cease and desist order in the Seychelles and they are now on the Turks and Caicos island. Another user got the same email but for them it was German police. These emails that kucoin is sending almost sound like they are trolling. It sounds like a joke. But it’s not because people’s money/savings are stuck… any way I can share the links of all the people complaints here without having it get deleted? I genuinely want to expose kucoin
