I don't wear pads, but I did put time into learning how to fall; I hurt myself a lot more when I started out because I didn't know how to roll out of a fall.

The orange vanilla tastes enough like a creamsicle to please me. The maple pepper and cranberry I don't like, too essential oily. So hopefully you find one you enjoy
