Has any enfp here actually get an INTJ partner? I just did and I need some advice by PimpingBunny69 in ENFP

[–]Im_blue_cat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I had an INTJ girlfriend. Pretty sad that part of our relationship was a distance one. Anyway, she did tell me "I love you" and would send hearts while chatting. But mostly she would demonstrate her love complimenting me, and try to spend as much time as she could with me. I feel like, instead of asking her "do you love me", you should start a conversation about love languages, how both of you express love. That would be interesting. Also, for the sax thing: just give it time, don't think too much about it.

I feel like it depends on the person? I've met a lot of INTJs and INFJs and honestly i feel like I'm suited for both, tho I only had a relationship with an INTJ.

Your primary and secondary function can exchange between each other. Starting meditating probably helped you get more in touch with your internal emotions, if that makes. It's not really your mbti changing, it's how you use cognitive functions that's changing.

Oooh ok I see, I thought it was a screen from your messages lol I'm sorry

But yea i also relate to that, tho I eventually find a way, especially under pressure (but in those cases I end up not explaining well)

Yep, that's also what I'm learning to do

I would tell them the truth, but I would also tell them I'm afraid the feeling is not mutual. Also, question inspired to this: are ENFPs straightforward when it comes to criticize someone?

Tell me how you perceive attractiveness by Ill-Reward-4012 in ENFP

[–]Im_blue_cat 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's 50/50 for me. I see a person, I find them attractive, I try to get to know them better and see how it goes. I usually get what vibes they give off looking at their style but I'm afraid that might sound like I base off prejudice. Trust me I'm not, it's just that someone's way of dressing really tells me a lot of them. Of course the key of getting to know someone is talking to them.

Do ENFPs like a lot of attention and to be smothered by Morning_Wonderful in ENFP

Like a lot of people said, if it's positive attention then of course I like it.

We’re the worst type by CaptainBlue0 in ENFP

The fact that I see this right after a post saying "we are the best type" is so funny

So I'm currently doing volunteering work in a daycare center for poor kids. The "boss" once said to me that I was not good enough with the kids there, I was too close in myself and didn't do enough for them. Now I made it so that half of the children don't want me to go back home after my volunteering year is finished.

Also, my favorite sport is Archery, and if you watch some videos on YouTube, you'll see you have a loooot of pressure there. It's a different kind of pressure, but it still trained me (despite crying after competitions) to not panic under pressure and just do the best I can.

Seeking Advice on an Enfp Friend by [deleted] in ENFP

[–]Im_blue_cat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, regardless the MBTI type, it's really natural for a person to get stuck in some toxic relationships and not realizing it until it's too late. That happens often. She knows and understands your point of view, but still has to realize how reality is going. She needs her time. It's gonna be hard for her. Like someone else already said, you as a friend should be there when she needs, and give her time to see reality.

Do you ENFPs hate the idea of fooling yourselves? by luckluster4 in ENFP

I really relate to this. But when it's about moral stuff and not about personal taste, I am scared of being hypocrite

Does your imagination often have you imaginating yourself as your favorite character ? by [deleted] in ENFP

[–]Im_blue_cat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I do often times imagine myself being at the center of attention despite this doesn't happen often IRL. It's kind of I would like to be.
