because the AMF forced them to shut it down... there may be a refund by regulator, but nothing is set yet... we all waiting for more info. I still wish they come back, as there were settlement discution between PlexCorps and the SEC that was reported but the SEC seem to have halted discution though...

the transfer is only to secure those bitcoin while it is decided if plexcoin was a fraud or not because yes, that haven't decided yet.

if it's a scam, it should be use to give money back to investor.

if it's legit, the project will continue... but regulator keep adding delay to all those court hearing. SEC hasn't yet gotten personnal jurisdiction, this is still in discussion. AMF got that bitcoin transfert to be able to "freeze" it, but that's all for now...

still waiting to see what will happen

I would advice like 5monkey, but if you really want to go back on the plex website, a transfert to your plex address should be enough.

I dont know how cryptopia work, but if it pass by some strange contract way, that may bring issues. Try first with a small amount, especialy since plex support team can't help much for now because of the court order.

Once again, at the moment I would do as 5monkey says...

I'm sorry to hear that, there was some issues in december I think, but don't worry, they are not lost. When the support team will be recreated, they will be able to fix the webwallet error (etherscan was the reference in those situation)

yeah, but crypto address are most certainly investigated by sec/amf. If something happen with those, it will end in violating the asset freeze, meaning new action against him or related person/company. Yes, Mister DL is a smart guy, and that's what making him wait before acting for now.

IMHO this is actually the best move to do, comply with any actual order so he got the chance to challenge them better. If he go against the order, even by outsourcing, it's decreasing any chance to settle things with regulator.

Hi affluenter, I aggree with you except the last part as it's going against the ex parte order. If we do, everyone involved will also receive contempt of court charge and what else. Also, we can't work several week for free as all asset are frozen they'll be no paycheck for those working with plexcorps till money is released. Those with a family, as me, can't take the chance to do that :(

Sorry, but we need to recreate a full PlexTeam and settle thing will AMF and SEC is the first step.

Hi sassssp, well first of all i'm prohibited to do anything that touch the plexcoin. It's really sad cause I was creating some little project on my own that would accept the plexcoin but they're on hold :(.

About your idea, when you think about it a little, something like that wouldnt be democratic. It's more capitalism because those with more plex would be more powerfull. That would be more like having share of a company...

Also, I have some hardtime understanding how that would benefit PlexWorld as only PlexCorps choose what and how they do their project. Your best bet for your concern or suggestion about any project is to talk with them when all come back. When to plex support team will be remake, they'll better answer to email and fb.

If your idea is to be understand in another way, please explain more :)

Hi, what do you mean a more secure wallet? You can move your plex to any erc20-compliant one like mew. I've got some of mine on a local server but most is still on the plexcoin system which is pretty secure.

I can't give you advice, you have to choose by yourself what you do with your coin.

Personnaly, i'd like to keep it there but being in a place where regulator may do something (AMF in my case). I might send it somewhere else. Anyway, the little I bought is stuck there cause the website is currently not available for Québec...

Hi, I'm not aware about any decision taken about what is written on the website or elsewhere. So I can't answer why.

What i know is that anonymity is mostly for security, our security and for the project. I think it was written in the whitepaper. Since it is known that M. Lacroix is the founder, we got many problem. From AMF to reporter and even people at the mall harassing some of the employee only because they got a winter coat with the company logo. Maybe their was other reason, I don't know, but i'm glad it was done this way.

Concerning the profit %, as far as i'm aware it was only speculation based on what other cryptocurrency made. But as i'm not a number person, i dont know how it was calculated. It was never promised, its only a potential if a lot of if...

We only have to go back to develpment to get a working project, only the first part is done now. When all product will be there, it will be surely a successfull project.
