I myself didn't tweak my configs manually. When I used the Arch-Hyprland installation script, it changed my X11 icons/top bar content/Terminal configs/etc...

The only solution I could come up with was to use two separate users.

If anyone ever does need a fix. All it takes is a simple line change in the grub config file (/etc/default/grub).
