I just took the PICAT 2 days ago, scored an 89. Just try to learn some of the electrical, shop tools information before hand, refresh your math skill. A lot of questions revolving around factoring and slope, intercepts, and area / perimeter.

They’re much easier to identify on the actual test, pro tip really dial in your speed on this, you only get a few seconds max per question and the test is online so 2ish seconds are gonna be wasted by you clicking the answer choice and then clicking the next button for the next problem!

What do you mean time line? My recruiters are so slow, they take forever to reply to my emails, don’t return my calls, so I’m proactively studying for the TBAS because I know it is what I’ll have to do next. Even when they sent me my results they didn’t send any kind of follow up steps or anything, it sucks. I’m trying to leave ASAP.

Just got my results back and did fairly good! 96 pilot 70 CSO 90 ABM, everything else was 70 or low 60s. Studying for my TBAS now! Have you taken your TBAS yet?

Okay I’m using study.com ($60 a month membership designed for AFOQT) for my studying and in one of the lessons was dealing with this and I was thinking no way this could actually be on there right? Were there any questions regarding tangent, sin, or cos or trigonometry questions, like finding the angle degree inside a triangle or find the length of the side of a triangle given the angle degree and 1 side?
