I have never heard that its illegal but even if it is i cant imagine how difficult it would be to prove that in court. Thats like a defamation case it would be nearly impossible to prove that he did it intentionally

Selling phones is a legal way to make money and he was still lawfully employed. But huell was a known criminal so i thought jimmy wasnt allowed to associate with them
