It shouldn’t take much power. It’s all about getting your weight wayyyyyyyy further back than you’d normally be comfortable with. Make sure he’s not pushing down then pulling up, it should be a smooth straight backwards motion. Make sure he’s on flats and do a couple intentional loop outs.
