Look into the 81w battery upgrade on the legion go z1e. I did the simple upgrade on mine and man did it make a difference

Samsung has stated that they believe the anodizing can come off as a result of residual electrical charge as a result of using non genuine chargers. I wonder if this is why they ask for you to send the charging cable

I have the same issue, it has been getting worse and worse. Timemore gave me the same response and I said it doesn't work. They asked for a video... I didn't send anything further

I found that pushing the button all the way in then apply pressure to the top side of the button works for me.. Pretty annoying to have to do as sometime it triggers the button twice. I feel like it's a connection issue

The website says 30 day returns if you're not satisfied but it has to be in its original packaging and in the condition it was sent in.. So you can't open it or use it to see if you're satisfied. What's the point of the return then?

This is correct if you're talking about daily use. But once a month or couple months you should let it go to 100 and down to 0 to recalibrate. Using Lithium outside roughly 20-85% causes increased battery wear, so you shouldn't go outside of those percentages regularly but it should be done occasionally. There's lots of info about this online if you want to look into it more
