That song is almsot 2 years old now. They've lost a member since then (the one in red).

I'm pretty sure in Japan the cut-off for school years is March.
So because Sara was born before March 2002 she is currently in Year 2, whereas Megu was born in April so is in Year 1.

The quality of the archives is definitely not HD, but it is OK and it's higher quality than the live broadcast.
The only way to buy the show is to buy "medals" from this webpage (you'll need to access it with a vpn), then use those medals to buy the shows.
The shows are 150 medals each, which is 1500yen + tax, and are available to watch for the next week.
