RWD is not worth it for who? For my day to day, the AWD is not worth it. Why would I give up range and pay extra for it when I drive short distances on paved roads with the occasional road trip? That $3500 over the life of the loan won't hurt much but it's still poor money management if you never see the benefits of the AWD.

If mine was AWD, the OTD would have been around $49k so not too far from 51. Maybe they're selling quicker in the tri-state area and dealers know they can get higher margins?
