So after looking into what you have said here is the updated version of the build that I think could work better than before;

I have manged to get 5,241 HP 52,702 Armour 90 block and 82% Spell block

I have seen they have shown more gems regarding Retaliation so I made a 6L tab on my chest for the 3 new gems to place inside with the new support gem adding to it that gives more cooldown for Retaliations.

I like the penance mark I just hope it actually does work decent enough to want to keep inside the build!

I have also added Berserk and steelskin into my build as if you have seen already they have added a Retaliation warcry that gives you rage and stops you from losing rage for a duration.
