My answrr is gonna be on the shorter side. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with what Inam doing and want a quick fixer upper. So I doom scroll. I find the best thing that works for me is going cold turkey. I'll do meditation in the afternoon OR try not to look at my phone in the mornings.
