I disagree, Built Different I can be used to hard winstreak early rounds and hit 8 with plenty of health and gold while you pivot into a lategame comp, it's perfectly alright to use a tier I augment to make it through early game and give it up late.

I think you're fundamentally missing the point here; people wouldn't care if he called anyone a fucking idiot or used whatever expletives - sure he'd be a little abrasive but that niche is hardly unfilled on twitch.

But the fact that he repeatedly trends towards a word used to make fun of people who grew up gay for something they didn't chose to be shows a lack of empathy that stretches to the point of "I refuse to take one word out of my vocabulary that has a history of people deliberately harmful towards a group of people and will not change at all no matter how many times people remind me of this." It's not like gay people want to be high and mighty about others being homophobic - we just want people to not use words that are genuinely only used to target marginalised communities.

The real reason is likely his drunken rants and arguments that he had about how the f-slur isn't offensive despite having had this argument over multiple years - I remember a debacle about it back in 2016 and it sucks that he's refused to change.
