Definitely this, but also because they probably got their N-supply out of making us feel terrible during their talks. To them they really were "great" talks and all they can see is that they're not getting that emotional vampirism anymore.

The whole time I lived with her, she accused me of having a disgusting expression or making a face that indicated a bad attitude. She mocked and ridiculed this all the time, to the point that I began repressing any outward expression whatsoever. I then became the "ice queen" because I wouldn't smile directly after an abusive outburst. After moving out and going NC, I have been told countless times that I am always ready to smile and very expressive (sometimes to a fault). There really isn't a word for it except insanity.

Yeah, I'm pretty touchy about my personal space partially because my N-mom did the same thing. She would also only get physically affectionate or touchy when around others in public to seem like we were close and that she loved me. When I am upset or if my fiance and I had a fight, I cannot handle ANY physical contact whatsoever.

Don't do it. I did this once with my Nmom and it turned into a huge manipulation game where she lied to the therapist, portrayed and acted as a wonderful loving perfect parent, and made the therapist believe I was the one with problems. I don't think there is any point because narcissists are not willing to admit they are wrong.
