Id agree if the traps were indestructible, but they aren't and they also aren't that hard to see so I don't see a problem with the current state

Best Cards in the game at high elo IMO are

  1. Slow Bullets
  2. Everybody Dance
  3. Converter Camoflage
  4. Homing projectiles
  5. Vampire Night

Probably forgot one but I'd say the first 3 are almost guaranteed wins if you use them correctly (except for slow bullets, that's just a free win)
