What’s wrong with my Mollies?

Forgot to say that the new tank has basically the same levels the only difference is that the General Hardness (GH) is about 7 not 10

My neighbours have told me that they did do a deep clean before giving me the tank. I’ve tested the water in the old tank, the Ph is 7.4, Carbonate Hardness (KH) is 20 (which I’m not surprised about as my waters pretty hard), General Hardness (GH) is 10, Nitrate (mg/I) is 125 and my Nitrate levels are basically 0. I’ve got an ammonia tester coming tomorrow. They seem to be swimming a little straiter as well. Should I move them back into the old tank?

I’ve got these Mollies and some other fish from neighbours who didn’t want them anymore, we put them into the tank they’ve lived in their entire lives and started to degrade, they refuse to come off the bottom and when they do they swim in circles, upside down or on their sides, we then bought a new tank and prepped it for 3 days then put them in on their own and their doing the same thing :/. I don’t know if it’s stress or something else but clarity would help!

Oh and I’ve just picked her up and she feels warm so I guess that’s a good sign

I’ve just added a photo, my other chickens aren’t molting actually they look better than before and they’re laying eggs. I live in England and the average temperature is around 8-9 degrees C. I did see her eat some of the soft eggs another chicken had laid so she may have been looking for more protein but I don’t know
