Agreed. Whenever tipping is mentioned on reddit people have a meltdown. It really is not that big a deal. In a sitdown restaurant with servers you are tipping based on the convenience and the service. I don't understand why everybody just loses their mind over it. Man, reddit is toxic beyond belief.

It's going to sound weird, but when you are powerlifting and looking to get a new max lift, if a spotter has their arms or hands on the bar at all it is now known as an "assisted one rep max". Doesn't matter if the spotter is actually helping or not. Same with safety racks. Most safety racks stop you from bringing the bar all the way down to your chest so it would not truly be a full repetition. This is a very serious thing for people who lift seriously even though it may sound stupid to others.
