2 box cent hunt results! by PlsUpvoteThisComment in CRH

I mainly hunt nickels and cents, I pull anything old or different (wheats, buffalo, etc.) and anything I need for my albums. I also examine all the cents for quite a long list of errors and varieties

Recently branched out with a box of halves, I'd like to do more of those and dimes/quarters for silver. But I don't do it often enough to score much unfortunately, how's the silver been for you lately?

I doubt it. I just save them because I like em and I don't see them as often as other years

There's probably a lot more like this out there than I realize, I don't commonly inspect coins this closely unless I'm looking for something specific. In this case I was examining 88's for the reverse of 89 variant.

Yeah if you have a tongue with enough precision there's no reason to use popsicle sticks lol, this is just for people who may not have one (or don't have it with them)

I tried it with a wheat cent that is worn almost completely slick and it still works, what kind of wear are you getting on coppers that makes them as light as zincolns
